By participating, you agree to be in Behind the Scenes phone videos and content of photographer's in the Photography Workshop. This content will be provided to you for your use via Dropbox for download.
In the case of natural disaster, unforeseen circumstances, or unreasonable weather, the rain date is set for November 17th. In case you are unable to attend after signing up, the ticket can be transferred to anyone you are able to resell the ticket to or alternatively credit will be held for a future workshop or may be used towards future photo / video services.
Provisions:
The photographers retain all copyrights attached to their imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is allowed for each photographer's own work that they retain copyright for.
Indemnity:
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and Liability:
This image is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery and video.
