Agreement:
The photographer grants the licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable use of commercial photography (as described above) for the purpose of social media, web, and personal use for 1 year and extended use for social media.
An online gallery for download will be provided within 2 weeks of the session. Session will be scheduled according to model availability and Katie's visit dates in November 2024. Session to include surfing, beach, snorkeling / free diving (depending on talent ability), and surf lifestyle imagery.
This full day shoot involves a 50/50 photo and video split. Video will be provided as a final 30 second campaign style reel in formats for website and social media and additional video clips provided via Dropbox for social usage. Within the day we will also plan to capture trending reels for social use and Behind the Scenes footage.
Payment:
The amount of $1500 USD is split as an $750 deposit and final amount of $750 due by end of shoot day.
Models chosen will be paid their agreed upon rate end of day of session directly by Katie. Models often paid via Venmo or check.
Licensing
Provisions:
The photographer and cinematographer retains all copyrights attached to this imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is forbidden.
Licensee is allowed to crop images as needed to suit their purposes.
Indemnity:
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and Liability:
This image is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery and video
