February Birthday Floral Tub and Beach Shoot
This is the floral tub and beach shoot session on Oahu. The session includes tub full of flowers, hibiscus crown, and a gallery of final imagery. Photographer will also provide a short lifestyle video for client’s social media use. Photos will be delivered within two weeks of the session. A preview of 1-2 images will be shared within 48 hours of the session.

The photographer grants the licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable use of deliverables (as described above) for the purpose of social media, web and personal use.
Payment:
The amount of $800 USD is to be paid as two payments - an initial deposit of $400 and $400 day of gallery delivery. The initial payment confirms the session and is non-refundable, as it pays the florist and reserves venue. Select quantity 2 to pay in full.
Licensing
Provisions:
The photographer retains all copyrights attached to this imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is forbidden.
Licensee is allowed to crop images as needed to suit their purposes.
Indemnity:
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and Liability:
This image is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery and video.
