Floral Tub & Second Session Photography & Licensing
30 minute floral tub session and 30 minute other location photography session scheduled separate days with gallery of final photos

Agreement:
The photographer grants the licensee the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- assignable use of floral tub photography (as described above) for the purpose of social media, print, and personal use.
Payment:
This is the remaining balance of $400 USD
The total amount of $800 USD is to be paid in two parts - non-refundable payment of $400 that reserves session and covers the florist and floral tub venue fee and remaining balance of $400 for photography due by end of day of second session. Photos to be sent following payment via either Dropbox or WeTransfer based on client preference. Photography provided within a 7 days of photo sessions.
Licensing
Provisions:
The photographer retains all copyrights attached to this imagery as well as any that may not be detailed in this agreement.
Selling and/or redistribution of this imagery is forbidden.
Licensee is allowed to crop images as needed to suit their purposes.
Indemnity:
The Licensee indemnifies and holds harmless Nicole Nason against all claims, liability damages, costs, and expenses stemming from a breach of this agreement, the use of the image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the image.
Warranty and Liability:
This image is provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose. The artist is not liable to the client or any person or entity for damages, costs or losses stemming from any usage of this imagery and video.
