Friday May 28th or Saturday May 29th (as determined by vendors involved and weather)
The location will be the Beach Swing access of Kahana Bay Beach Park with
2-5pm setup, hair, makeup, wardrobe
5-7:30pm Styled Shoot Photography
Photography of the couple, the setup, items, and details of all involved products
A couple between 20-30s will model for this shoot. The models will wear formal attire. The wedding dress will be 3-4 thrifted options provided by the photographer and narrowed based on fit and comfort of the model.
Final Imagery will be delivered 14-28 days after the styled shoot. These images will be delivered via an online gallery for download. It is highly encouraged to download this imagery within 7 days of delivery. Photos will be submitted for possible publication with Cape Fear Living, which holds a target demographic of 25-35 year old working professionals. Their email list includes over 10,000 subscribers and could be great exposure for destination weddings on Oahu with the Crouching Lion Bay and Hike in the background.
Each vendor taking part in the styled shoot will be required to tag and mention the vendors involved in the shoot when posting to social media with the images.
Additionally, behind the scenes footage will be provided for Tiktok and Reels usage. In addition to product photography with the styled shoot, each vendor will receive a 2-3 headshots for personal branding with their products in the foreground before the shoot begins. Final Imagery will be provided with licensing for website, social, and personal usage.
